Programme status
EnteleCARD is a planned card programme in development. It is not currently available, and no payment card is being issued at this time.
Final network selection, issuing partner, supported countries, fees, features, launch timing, eligibility rules, safeguarding model, and availability remain subject to approval and contracting.
Preferred network direction
Mastercard is the preferred programme direction. Visa infrastructure remains an evaluated alternative. No network or issuing partner should be understood as confirmed until formally announced after approval.
Responsibility model
EnteleCARD is intended to provide the product experience, EnteleWALLET connection, controls, notifications, and information.
An authorised issuing partner would handle customer eligibility, required verification, regulated issuance, safeguarding, and programme compliance.
The selected card network would govern network rules, transaction routing, merchant acceptance, and network-level requirements.
